Who am i?
I’m Taylor Silva, Principal Product Designer, systems thinker, and builder of emotionally intelligent, AI-powered experiences. I’ve led multi-platform design at Amazon, Meta, Netflix, and beyond, shaping everything from personalization engines to interactive ad formats used by millions. I think in ecosystems, obsess over the details, and lead with clarity. My work blends craft and impact, grounded in the belief that great design creates both connection and momentum.
My People
I’m a single mom of two, raising my kids with a strong foundation in tradition, resilience, and heart. We believe in showing up, doing the right thing, and leading with respect. Motherhood shapes how I move through the world. It keeps me grounded, focused, and honest about what matters. My family is my center. The way I lead with empathy and long-term vision comes from them.
Mentorship & Teaching
I believe in sharing what we’ve learned so others can rise faster. I mentor designers across disciplines, from portfolio storytelling to systems leadership. I’ve helped people break into tech, navigate transitions, and own their voice. Whether I’m leading workshops or one-on-ones, I offer clarity, care, and honest perspective. Design is a craft. Leadership is a practice. I treat both with intention.
Strength & Curiosity
Outside of work, you’ll find me in the gym or somewhere new with my family. Lifting clears my mind. Travel opens it. I move to stay present, to stay inspired, and to keep asking better questions. Creativity needs motion. Discipline fuels vision. Both shape how I design and how I live.
